I have run 1 cycle of the big 15 first of all I thought the little workouts were awesome and at the minute my shoulders and joints feel good.
With the all out 50% sets I managed to add reps to the Seated military presses, Rack chins, and Smith squats, however the Reverse grip bench press and the regular squat have not really gone anywhere this could be for a number of reasons, but these exercises usually move well for me (with more volume and not going to failure)
As I train on my own 50% sets can be a fucker when you get pinned after the first set you have to get out from under the bar and rerack it in your 1 minute rest which is draining and im sure can cause a loss of a rep or two on the second 50% set, for me to get the most out of the big 15 I feel I need a good spotter which I havent got, and after running this for a few weeks I dont feel that the Big 15 is the right thing for me at the moment.
Im going to put down the Big 15 for now and move onto Paul Carters Base Building
