I felt tired this evening I got what I wanted on the Military Press so cant grumble but after 2 sets of reverse grip bench presses I felt done so I only doen 3 sets pyramid style on T bar rows instead of the usual 4 sets accross.
I skipped the Rest Paused Cable Curls.
