Im going back to 5/3/1 which has worked well for me in the pst reason being I want to get my Squat & Deadlift back upto and beyond where it should be.
I feel im probably at my strongest I ever have been on my bench press and for the past year or so (for the first time ever) has progressed better than the other 2 main lifts.
Im starting light in true 5/3/1 style nothing is set in stone with how im going to set up the routine will just see how things go and adjust accordingly.
