Bench press 50×5 62.5×4 75×3 87.5×2 106×1 93.5 x8x8x8x8x7

Db incline bench press 17x15x15x12x10

Dips x9x5x4x4

The bench press has been programmed to heavy because I missed the last rep on the last set I will lower my programmed max by 5 kilos, various grips were used on the bench press I start with my pinky inside the rings and work my out each set on the last set I have my index finger on the rings,  I rested 2 minutes for the first two sets and 3 minutes for the last 3 sets.
