The time between the main basebuilding method working sets is coming down really low now I done the 5×5 squats in around 8 minutes maybe its time to move to the next phase for these, also this week I started using the basebuilding bench press model phase 1 for the overhead press.
This coming week im going to work upto my EDMs (every day maxes what my basebuilding sets are calculated on) to see how they feel and how easy/difficult they are to do.
