Worked up to my set every day maxes of 240k for the deadlift 120k for the bench press and 180 kilos for the squat although these were challenging I felt I could have done more, I must be getting stronger in the past when I have done these weights I have used bigger more draining training weights this higher volume lower intensity training has been a real eye opener for me, the basebuilding is working
