Low incline smith 15×5 25×4 35×3 47.5×2 57.5×1 50×11 50×6 (50% set)
Managed 10 reps (same as last time before I got ill) on the CGBP didnt get tight enough on the 50% set and only got 4 reps on the 50% set (got 6 last time)
Tried a lower incline on the smith bench this week felt better than a midway incline which I tried on the previous 2 sessions.
