Rack chin Bodyweight x8 10k x11 10×7 (50%set)

Reverse grip smith bench press 22.5×5 32.5×4 42.5×3 58×2 70×1 65×14 65×7 (50%set)

Went a tad heavy on the seated military presses and a tad light on the reverse grip smith benches ideally wanted between 9-11 reps will adjust maxes accordingly next workout.
