Big 15 week 1 workout 3 8/1/14

DC calf raise 150×11

Smith squat 20×5 40×3 60×18 60×10 (50% set)

Stiff leg deadlift  40×5 60×3 80×1 100×8 95×10

1 leg leg press, no weight x20 10×20 20×20

First time ever doing smith squats stopped when my lower back started to fatigue could have ground out more reps during the smith squats I noticed how my conditioning has dropped after a few weeks of low volume and hardly any sled work.

Havent done much stiff leg deadlifts in the past looking forward to pushing these up im only using about half the weight I would use for normal deadlifts.

The 1 leg leg presses were to light will put 30 kilos on the sled next week these are totally different than normal leg presses.
