Incline smith 16×5 25×4 34×3 47.5×2 57.5×1 52.5×9 52.5×5 (50% set)

Going to play about with the angle of bench and hand spacings on the incline smith didnt get into the grove of the exercise and didnt feel it at all in my chest only really in my front delts,
