Getting back into the swing of things after a few weeks of little training, over the coming months i’m going to be using the Lift Run Bang Basebuilding method sub maximal volume training which has worked well for me in the past. Focus for the big 3 lifts is on volume, form, bar speed and reducing the time between sets.
