1 pass = 30 meter push, Start stop watch, 60 meter walk, when stop watch is at 2 minutes do another push.
I started by doing a push walking 30 meters away from the sled then 3o meters back (which takes approx 1 minute) and pushing again but after a couple of pushes it was obvious I needed more rest time so I strted resting 2 minutes between pushes.
My goal is to build up to 10 pushes with 1 minute between pushes with a 60 meter walk in that minute (which is to get the lactic acid out)
