A good cycle all in all I was particulary please with my 95 kilo for 8 reps on the bench this is a rep personal record for me on that day I managed to get my bench set up done properly which for me is rare.
I belive my deadlifts of 175k x10, 185×8, and 196×6 are all rep PR’s for me aswell which is also pleasing.
The squat hasnt been bad either 140×8 and 147.5×7 have been rep PR’s for me aswell.
I have only ever used high inclines as assistance work and not main lifts so its early days with those.
Im going to deload now for the next week which will be one session of bench press/ squats and one session of high inclines and deadlifts done at 40% 50% and 60% with no assistance exercises.
After the deload I will probably run 2 cycles back to back with no deload in the middle will see how it goes and how I feel after the first cycle.
