Insane Training By Matt Kroczaleski

If you haven’t heard of Matt Kroc then you have either been living underneath a stone or haven’t been lifting very long. Matt set the 220 record total in 2009 with a 1003lb Squat, 738lb Bench Press, and an 810lb Deadlift for a total of 2551 pounds!

Matt is also the creator of the ‘Kroc Row’ ever see someone DB row 300lbs? Matt has competed in Bodybuilding is always lean (even when competing in powerlifting) and has survived cancer.
