Lower Workout 26/1/16

Squat 140k x 5 x5 x5

Deadlift 195k x3

Only got 3 reps on the Deadlift (wanted 2×5) so I left it at one set

I have ramped the DL back up quickly though my previous 5 rep PR on the Deadlift is 209k x5 and progressing further is likely going to be difficult after Squatting so now the Squat and Deadlift will get their own day. So now sessions will look like this
