After running through all the workouts of my cycle I have found some ofthe main lifts were overestimated or underestimated so they have been adjusted accordingly.
The seated military press goes from 60 kilos to 55 kilos
The close grip bench press goes from 96k to 90k
The incline smith press was bang on so that stays the same
The smith squat goes up from 80 to 90 kilos
The reverse grip bench press goes up from 85k to 90k
The barbell squat was bang on so that stays the same.
