Squats 175×1 155×5 135×8

Elevated Stiff Leg Deadlifts 105 x5x5x5

DC Calf Raise 120×12

Leg Press 160×20

Kneeling Ab Wheel x13x12x10

Need to work on conditioning which let me down after rep 8 on the 135 squats (wanted 10 reps) still got a bit of a cough from illness which doesnt help, will try to get more sled work in.
