Arm Size & Strength is a full 6 months of periodized arm work designed to get your arms growing again.

The program is broken up into 6 30 day cycles arms are trained every 5 days so once your arms have been trained the same way a dozen times your moved onto the next arm program.

  • Month 1 is Accumilation – Tri Sets
  • Month 2 is Intensification High Threshold – Motor Unit Training
  • Month 3 is Accumilation – Classic Hypertrophy
  • Month 4 is Intensification – Getting Strong
  • Month 5 is Accumilation – Agonist Supersets
  • Month 6 is Intesification – Unilateral Work

Arm Size and Strength is a pure bodybuilding method that can be run alongside your current program if need be for example you can still get bigger arms while training for Powerlifting.
