Strong 15 short cycle week 3 Deadlift day 7/12/3

Shrugs 92.5x15x15

Ate a massive meal a couple of hours before training and after the deads and shrugs had a massive energy crash and couldnt face doing the rack chins and T bar rows so skipped them today.
